He has deep expertise in financial statement audits, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, internal audits, compliance audits, and financial due diligence. At LEK Partners, Kyubin advises public and private companies of all sizes, focusing on the design, identification, and testing of internal controls.

Specializing in SOX implementations and the continuous monitoring process, Kyubin approaches engagements with a consultative mindset, helping clients navigate complex challenges. He is recognized for his ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive the execution of company objectives, and foster relationships with professionals at all levels.

Before joining LEK Partners, Kyubin began his career at EY, where he gained extensive knowledge of financial statement audit procedures while serving clients across various industries such as manufacturing, hospitality, and non-profits. He later worked for a Financial Services Company (Fortune 1000), where he spent over a decade developing and implementing a robust continuous monitoring internal control program.
