Jin Kim is a Member in the Firm’s financial assurance division. Jin has about 20 years of experiences at Samil PWC in Korea and public accounting firms in the U.S. Jin’s work experience includes advising financial investors in evaluating and executing investments especially for flow-through entities such as Real Estate Investment Trust(REIT). He also conducted feasibility study in acquisition of commercial, retail, logistics and mixed-use real estate properties. Prior to Samil PWC, he served in Republic of Korea Air Force as the wing headquarters administrative officer for three years.

Jin has performed financial statement assurance and due diligence for clients in automobile manufacturing, new and used car retail sales, agricultural machinery sales, recycling and real estate development industry.
