Ben Park is a partner and serves as the firm’s audit and advisory services. An experienced auditor and consultant, he has advised small to multi-national clients located in the United States and Korea in finding solutions to complex and specialized accounting and tax issues as well as M&A transaction. Ben also has in-depth knowledge of operation of private company. Prior to joining LEK, he served as an CPA in public accounting firms such as Ernst & Young Korea and internal accountant in LG Electronics.
Ben is a Certified Public Accountant (A member of AICPA and KICPA) and a partner at LEK Partners. He has over 15 years of experiences at Ernst &Young Korea and LG Electronics with experiences of an assurance engagement, due diligence, K-IFRS conversion and business consulting (Cost analysis) and has comprehensive experiences in manufacturing and private equity (Venture Capital).
Ben has provided both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence analyses to assist clients in M&A
transactions and has performed the following types of valuation consulting services: business valuations, merger and acquisition (M&A) valuations, purchase price allocation analyses.
Ben received his Bachelor of Law from Hong-Ik University and is currently completing his Master of Law at the University of Southern California.
